Role and Responsibilities:

Motor Industry

  • Working closely with management, staff, clients and suppliers
  • Attend to service books, managing auto mechanics, auto electricians
  • Booking in vehicles, consulting clients on problems
  • Inspecting cars for dents, scratches on clients vehicles
  • Invoicing clients, preparing payments for suppliers on excel
  • Working with company bank statements.
  • Scanning ,Filing supplier and client invoices
  • Phoning and receiving client calls, liaising to them about their vehicles or other
  • Phoning and receiving supplier calls, ordering car parts and tools
  • Attending Retail Motor Industries meetings
  • Attending to client and supplier e-mails and replying them promptly
  • Managing and maintaining company copiers and laptops
  • Personal Assistant to the company director, handling travel bookings, personal information

Electrical Installations

  • Making Booking with Clients
  • Invoicing and Quoting Clients
  • Buying Supplies

Networking & Electrical

  • Making Booking with Clients
  • Invoicing and Quoting Clients
  • Buying Supplies

Security Systems

  • Making Booking with Clients
  • Invoicing and Quoting Clients
  • Buying Supplies
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Microsoft Package, Accounting Systems (QuickBooks or other), Administration / Secretarial Diploma

Preferred Skills

2 Years’ Experience, IT Skills, Business Communication Skills, Bilingual (English a must, Afrikaans bonus), Knowledge in Electrical, Attention to detail.

Additional Notes

Must reside in or around Heidelberg, have a means of transport.
